Shipping policy
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with Khoki United. If you appear under the age of 25, our courier may request to verify your ID at the time of delivery. If no one over 18 is present at the delivery address, the courier may reschedule your delivery.
Delivery Areas & Terms
We currently only deliver within Mainland UK.
P.O. Box deliveries are not accepted due to security concerns, and all orders must be shipped to a single address.
Delivery Timeframes:

Orders placed before noon (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day, with typical delivery occurring within 1-2 working days.

Orders placed after noon, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next working day.

Please note: Deliveries may take an additional 1-2 working days for certain locations, such as remote areas or the Scottish Highlands.
Delivery Charges
We offer the following shipping rates for Mainland UK deliveries:

Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If there are any issues or mistakes in your order, please contact us at sales@khokiunited.com immediately so we can assist you before your order is dispatched.
When your order is shipped, you’ll receive another email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please note that tracking may take a few hours to appear in the courier’s system.
Delivery Preferences
If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier may contact you to ask for delivery preferences, such as:

Reschedule delivery
Please be aware that any delivery preferences are made at your own risk, and Khoki United cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise from following these instructions.
If no one is available to receive the package, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery. If the delivery attempts fail, your package will be returned to us, and we’ll issue a refund minus the original shipping charges.
